Oskar Pumpurs was a planner with the National Capital Development Commission (NCDC). On his death, the Planning Institute of Australia undertook to disperse his significant personal collection of materials relating to the NCDC and the planning of Canberra. The ACT Heritage Library received a number of NCDC reports which were catalogued and shelved with the publications collection. The remainder of the material are personal papers, some relating to his work, some of a more personal nature.
